济宁天通设备公司秉承 “持续创新、追求**、勇担责任”的核心价值观,践行 “净化环境,造福人类”的企业宗旨,注重社会效益和勇于承担社会责任,为客户持续创造**价值。环保设备制作主要包括地埋一体化污水处理设备、刮吸泥机、气浮机、斜管沉淀器、过滤罐的制作与销售。 工艺原理 序批式活性污泥法(Sequencing Batch Reactor),简称SBR,也称间歇式活性污泥法,属传统活性污泥法的变型,是近十几年来应用较为广泛的城市污水生物处理工艺之一。它的反应原理和污染物质的去除处理机制和传统活性污泥法基本相同,其在流态上虽属完全混合式,但在**物的降解反应的时间历程上属于推流式。 工艺流程 SBR技术的核心是SBR反应池,该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池,无污泥回流系统。典型的SBR工艺,其操作过程由进水、反应、沉淀、出水和待机5个基本过程组成,从污水流入开始到待机时间结束开始下一次进水,构成是一个周期。整个周期的所有过程发生在同一反应池内,池内设有进、出水以及曝气或搅拌装置。整个处理系统通过周期式的反复运行,一般需要至少2个SBR池,可使系统连续运行。在SBR 的运行过程中,其各个过程是可进行灵活控制的,可以通过曝气方式和反应时间的控制,实现好氧、缺氧、厌氧的交替运行,实现氮、磷去除。 工艺效果: 1) 理想的推流过程使生化反应推动力增大,效率提高,池内厌氧、好氧处于交替状态,净化效果好; 2) 运行效果稳定,污水在理想的静止状态下沉淀,需要时间短、效率高,出水水质好; 3) 耐冲击负荷,池内有滞留的处理水,对污水有稀释、缓冲作用,有效抵抗水量和**污物的冲击; 4) 工艺过程中的各工序可根据水质、水量进行调整,运行灵活; 5) 处理设备少,构造简单,便于操作和维护管理。 Jining Tian Tong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is an environmental protection enterprise which integrates R & D, production, sales, technology application and promotion.
