水质、水质设计及处理要求
根据工厂提供的数据与实测数据，设计内容为200m和／d，进水pH值为6 ~ 9，CODcr为4000mg/L，BOD5为1200mg/L，动物和植物油为2000mg/L，NH3-N为80mg／L。
污水综合排放标准的排放标准”（gb8988-1996）在一个标准，即pH 6 ~ 9，CODcr为100mg/L，BOD5为20mg/L，动植物油小于10mg/L、氨氮= 15mg／L，SS为70mg／L。
废水温度说明：实地调查表明，综合废水进入调节池之前水温为55~58℃，经调节池停留冷却后出水温度为43~45℃，经气浮池气浮处理后水温将至40℃一下，能满足后续生化处理对温度的要求。

该项目的主要废水来源于浸出和精炼两部分。由于炼油厂排放量大、废渣量大、废水温度较高、后续生化处理效果好、废水处理项目采用浮式生化结合工艺，采用气浮除油和废物处理，也具有降温效果。
